Who We Are

We are a family owned business that today, we are proud to have become involved in providing support for vulnerable individuals in the UK, initially in and around Manchester and Greater Manchester. 

​

Our aim is to grow organically whilst providing the best service to our clients.

​

We are an open and welcoming business, always encouraging open dialogue and feedback with our stakeholders. 

Our Story

 

In 2022, LARKSS Care & Recruitment Ltd was founded by Leslie who realised the importance of revolutionising and improve the care sector supply by concertrating on achieving high quality service delivery whilst upholding the very best in professional care provision. 

​

Leslie has had vast experience in the sector, having over 10 years experience initially starting his career.

​

Working as a carer working in the following settings:

​

  • domiciliary care worker

  • elderly care home

  • Brain Injury wards

  • High security mental health wards

  • supported living 

  • working with children

​

As a Social worker, he have worked as:

  • Adult Community Social Worker

  • Hospital Discharge 2 Assess Social Worker

  • Mental Health Practitioner

LARKSS Care & Recruitment's mission is to provide a high standard of service to all domains of services that we provide, this includes Staffing Solutions to other service providers and Home Care (caring for service users in the comfort of their homes).
